How I work

Clarity is a form of momentum.

The right answer is rarely more process. It is a sharper view of the system, a smaller set of meaningful choices, and an honest path from intention to reality.

  1. 01

    See the system

Find the signal inside a messy problem: the people, incentives, evidence, and constraints that actually shape the outcome.

  2. 02

    Shape the product

Turn ambiguity into a focused proposition, a useful experience, and a roadmap a real team can confidently execute.

  3. 03

    Make it durable

Build in the governance, recovery paths, and operating habits that help good products keep their promises over time.

Good systems do more than work. They help people see what matters, trust what follows, and move with confidence.

A little about me

Portrait of Luigi Fischer in a jacket and white shirt.

I’m Luigi.

I’m a systems-minded product strategist and builder. I’m drawn to the in-between spaces: research and execution, technical detail and human behavior, ambitious vision and the practical next move.

My best work happens with thoughtful people taking on complex, consequential problems—and wanting to leave behind something clearer than they found it.

Field notes

Things worth making.

Not every meaningful project belongs on a résumé. Field Notes is where I share the interests, experiments, and physical things I pursue simply because they are worth exploring.

Have a complex problem?

Let’s make it useful.
